Refund policy

At Woof The Label, we want you and your dog to love our products.
 • Returns: You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
 • Process: Contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending back the product.
 • Refunds: Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 working days.
 • Exclusions: Personalized items, sale products, and used accessories cannot be returned.
 • COD Orders: Refunds for COD payments will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
